Bradshaw, MSW, LCSW-A Kelly Bradshaw is a proud native of Kinston, North Carolina, and the daughter of the late Linwood Bradshaw and the late Minister Margie Jones. From an early age, Kelly has been passionate about making a difference. Her dedication to service has left a meaningful and lasting impact in every community she has touched. A 2005 graduate of Kinston High School, Kelly continued her academic journey at North Carolina Central University in Durham, where she earned her Bachelor of Social Work. Driven by a deeper calling to effect systemic change, she went on to receive her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Policy, Planning, and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. For over a decade, Kelly has served faithfully in the social work field. Her diverse and impactful professional experiences include: Working in a Level III group home in Durham, NC, serving adolescents with behavioral and mental health challenges Providing case management for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders in Richmond, VA Serving as a homeless liaison in both Durham, NC and Richmond, VA, advocating for individuals and families in crisis Delivering end-of-life support as a medical social worker for hospice patients in Lenoir, Pitt, and Halifax Counties, NC Supporting children in the Foster Care and Adoption Division at the Department of Social Services in North Carolina Currently, Kelly serves as a Licensed School Social Worker for students in grades 6 through 8. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate working in private practice, offering outpatient therapy to individuals across the lifespan with a variety of mental health diagnoses. Beyond her professional commitments, Kelly is a licensed minister under the leadership of Pastor Jeanette Dillard-Ingram at Monument of Faith Deliverance Outreach Ministries.
